Gary & Rosa Miller - Founders / USA
Gary and Rosa were serving as missionaries in Uganda and soon realized the need for good healthcare & training.
The vision for Monday’s Hope was born out of a desire to see sustainable change being made in Ugandan villages.
They are from North Carolina, in the United States where they have five married children and twelve grandchildren.

Godfrey Andreas Sengendo - Co-Founder / Uganda
Godfrey is a construction engineer and a family man with four children. Godfrey’s buildings stand out. There is a level of excellence in everything he does that is rare.
Godfrey has a deep love for his community and wants to give back by helping to facilitate this project.
He’s a solid, godly man, soft spoken and quiet in nature, but knows where he stands. He has become a good friend. We are proud to have him as our partner.

Chris Blank - Chairman / USA
Chris Blank is our chairman. He is married to Kathryn and they have five children . They live in Inman, South Carolina
Chris has a love and passion for Uganda after he went there on a short term mission trip.
He is self employed, installing high end kitchen cabinets. He enjoys running and Spartan races.

Nakabiri Victoria Christine - Boardmember / Uganda
Victoria is a Ugandan and a Muganda by tribe born in Kalungu District. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Nkumba University and majored in Accounting, hence an accountant by profession.
Nakabiri has worked with Uganda Revenue Authority since August 1994. She was enrolled as a cashier. In 2005 she joined Compliance Unit as a tax collector. In 2017 she was doing Refund audits up to the time of her retirement in June 2019.

Cornelia Yoder - Boardmember / USA
Cornelia is a good addition to our board. She lives in Tryon North Carolina and has been a long time Nicu nurse at Mission Hospital. We value her insight.
She is married and has a family. She loves the outdoors and is the best hiking buddy around, she’s great at finding hidden waterfalls tucked in the mountains of North Carolina

Corti Paul Lakuma - Boardmember / Uganda
Paul is an established forecaster, economic model builder and adviser with more than a decade of service.
He holds an MSc in Economics with distinction at the University of Essex, United Kingdom and BA Social Science from Makerere University Kampala (MUK) Uganda.
In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball.

Martina Schlabach - Secretary / USA
Martina is a long time friend, and has great perspective. She is our secretary & lives in Rutherfordton, NC.
She’s married to Luke and they have children and grandchildren. Martina helps in the office of their business.
She has a great eye for detail, and has taken courses in interior design.

John Kayima - Boardmember / Uganda
John has worked as a professional engineer on many projects in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Lesotho, Zambia, The United Kingdom and South Sudan. He has also lectured in various Universities in Uganda.
John is married and has 4 sons. His passion is in music, helping poor and vulnerable members of communities and participating in Christian evangelical missions.

Dwayne Helmuth - Boardmember / USA
Dwayne is also a board member. He is great at reframing perspective and seeing things from a different angle.
He is married to Stephanie, and they have three daughters. He is a general contractor, and builds quality things.
He loves spending time with his family, taking his boat on the water, as well as going fishing

Dr. Innocent Nkonwa - Medical Advisor/ Uganda
Dr. Innocent is the Director of Health in the Lowero District and is also on the Board of Medical Advisors in Uganda.
